We ask for a minimum first order of $200.  There are no minimums after that. 

As we already have an active online retail presence, we ask that you not sell our products online.  We do however offer marketing content if you're interested in advertising for your shop.  Please reach out to us at if you're interested in receiving marketing materials. 

Your items will come with packaging that provides straight-forward product descriptions and a convenient hanging option for easy display in your shop.

Yes! We use American-made fabrics and every item is printed and finished by hand in Portland, Oregon (excepting our tea towels). This is how we ensure the highest quality for you. 

 We recommend spot treating (fabric stain remover wipes work great!) or a gentle wash cycle in cool water. Hang or lay flat to dry. Using a warm iron is OK.

Most out of stock items will be back within 1-3 weeks at the most.  Usually they are already in production before they go out of stock and so it’s often sooner than that.

Orders ship out within 1-2 weeks (sometimes sooner). You will receive an email and tracking number at the time of shipment.

If you need it quicker, we offer a rush shipping option. Your order can be shipped within 5 business days for a $50 fee. 

Domestic orders typically take 2-3 days to arrive once shipped.  

International orders typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive.  We cannot guarantee delivery date for international orders as each country has different customs requirements. 

Shipping upgrades are available for purchase if a quicker delivery is needed.

Any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. If this changes your decision, please contact us right away to cancel your order. We will happily refund you in full if your item has not already shipped.

Orders from outside of the U.S. & Canada usually cannot be tracked past Los Angeles. That is the point at which they leave the States. Often you will be able to check your country's local postal website to see if your package is being tracked while it is in transit in your country.

SPECIAL NOTE TO U.K. BUYERS: Occasionally U.K. buyers have had their packages spot-checked by the Royal Mail who will then charge you an £8 fee on top of VAT import duties before the package is delivered. This makes us sad, but unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it. If you're not willing to risk it, please let us know before we ship and we will refund your order. We don't offer returns on wholesale orders unless you received the wrong products or the item arrives damaged or in unsalable condition. If this is the case, please contact us at to correct the issue.
